Breakfast is a gourmet experience at The Foxtrot Bed and Breakfast, Gatlinburg’s only Diamond Collection B&B lodging. Our goal is to give you an amazing breakfast that expands your vision of breakfast as you know it. A professional chef plans and prepares your menus using regionally grown fruits, vegetables, and meats to tantalize your taste buds.

Most dishes are original recipes developed specifically for The Foxtrot Bed and Breakfast and combine the taste of traditional French and Creole cuisine with the home cooking delights of the Great Smoky Mountains. Menus alternate daily between sweet and savory. Each breakfast begins with an appetizer, which varies from fresh fruits and cold soups to baked fruits (with an assortment of choices in between). Our entrees range from Eggs Cherokee and crème brulee French toast to confetti frittata and fried apple pancake.

The highlight of each breakfast is dessert. Our guests’ dessert preferences include crepes Fitzgerald, white chocolate bread pudding, and butterscotch pears. Menus change daily and allow for any dietary restrictions. Our aim is to provide our guest with something different each morning.
