A "Stroll Back in Time" takes you through new forest recovering from man's impact to old growth forest. Explore a small family cemetery, a 19th century barn, springhouse, and restored cabin. Lunch and snacks are provided. Cost for a deluxe-king room and hike: $380.00 plus tax. Call for cost.

Bird Watching Extraordinaire lets you spend a half-day with an expert birder. You will explore various habitats to discover species from Wood Thrush to Veery Yellow-throated Warbler to Black-throated Blue. Great for the beginning to experienced bird watcher. Call for cost

Visit the Salamander Capital of the World. The Smokies have over 30 known species of salamanders. Observe salamanders in their native habitats and learn their role in forest ecosystems. An average of 12 species will be viewed during this hike. Call for cost.
